Material Characteristics:
This series of materials is a new type of wear-resistance material developed by our company based on the rolls under different production lines and working conditions. Roll barrel surface hardness: HSD82-89,hardness drop /10mm:≤3HSD, small single regrinding value, and it can be used for 8-10 cycles. The total steel pass amount can reach 4 times than that of nodular cast iron rolls, and it is above 30% higher than that of the similar products in China. This material has very high abrasion resistance under thermal load. It can be used continuously 8-12 hours before changing grooves, effectively improving the operation rate, reducing the malfunction and energy consumption,and saving the labor intensity of workers. Meanwhile, there is no spall phenomenon and it is easy to be processed. It is suitable for the finishing stand and leading stand of bar rolling line, the first four stands of high speed wire rod pre-finishing mill rolling line, the finishing stand and leading stand of flat steel and narrow strip steel rolling lines, and other small section steel rolling such as bar, wire rod and angle steels. Applicable rolling temperature:780℃-1050℃.
